Speech difficulties

I have difficulty speaking due to neurological damage caused by improperly administered psychotropic drugs. At times I simply can not speak at all for several minutes, which causes problems telephone conversations. Here is the short story:

After a heart bypass surgery I had a heart attack. That's right, I had surgery to prevent a heart attack and then... anyway I was according to the hospital not breathing and my heart not functioning for twelve minutes. Someone decided I should be dead, in fact they had already called my next of kin and told them I was gone. Anyway they got a trach in and got my heart going but due to the intense pain caused by kidney failure (caused by a contrast dye) I was sedated and would remain - by one or more means - for about 98 days.

After thirty days (15 December 2020 - 15 January 2021) I was transferred to the now-defunct Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro. During the 68 days I was there I was drugged with as many as five psychotropic drugs (none were indicated by a qualified examination and diagnosis) simultaneously. The physical effects are many and unpleasant but being unable to talk is rather inconvenient.
