I have proof (hospital records and witnesses) that the drug misuse described in the attachments occurred in the recently defunct Arkansas Continued Care Hospital and left at least one patient near death and permanently disabled. Since there was only one doctor it would be unsurprising if other patients suffered the same treatment, some fatally:

Arkansas Continued Care Hospital (ACCH) in Jonesboro opened in July 2018 and closed in November 2025. ACCH was a rehabilitation and recovery facility and did not receive critically ill patients. It did not operate an emergency room and did not have intensive care section and did not perform surgery or any function other than monitoring and care of stabilized patients. If the condition of a patient deteriorated that patient should have been transferred to one of the general hospitals. The annual death rate at such a facility should be near zero.

The death rate during the seven years of operation was over twenty per year. Of the documented deaths almost half were under the age of seventy and a large number were under sixty with some under forty.

The hospital was at the time it closed being sued for (among other things) a number of wrongful deaths. I believe that my list of 146 deaths is incomplete and know of at least one patient who was discharged and died the following week after emergency admission to another hospital.

If you are interested in looking into this I have much more information - some of it from inside the operation and communications with state regulatory authorities demonstrating their refusal to act when apprised of the situation. I am the lawful owner of this material with the right to grant permission to publish or otherwise distribute it. If you want the entire package (it's rather large) let me know.

I am sending this only to local (Jonesboro area) news organizations at this time. I will wait a week or so for any comments. You can contact me by email here: jessica@katherinestuart.net
