	Subject:	Health care facilities in Arkansas

Dear Senator, I used the mailing address from the Arkansas Senate website - please advise if I should use a different address. I recently wrote to the Attorney General expressing my concern about some health care facilities in northeast Arkansas (I live in Cross County) and Jonesboro in particular. Included were about twenty pages of documentation including a complaint to the state medical board detailing my near death and permanent disability as a result of my experience. I sent the same package to the governor. I would guess that the Governor and Attorney General have their mail screened so while I have a receipt for delivery I have no way of knowing if either have read it. It is very important to many people, many of whom do not realize it. Would it be possible for you to inquire as to whether they have received and read it? I would like to know that both have reviewed it but am especially desirous that the governor read it. It is literally a matter of life and death for some people - I survived but others have not been so fortunate. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
