I intend to send the letter by email and snail mail to the various hospitals in the area and to news media organizations. Since my experience
has been that these things are almost universally ignored I plan to paste in into the Facebook comments of those entities and as a last resort
distribute it in a public place in Jonesboro - I should probably have an attorney in Jonesboro advise me on that.
Five years ago I was a patient in the defunct Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro. I documented the malpractice and negligence
that literally in the literal meaning of literally almost died before they removed me over warnings of dire consequences and being required
to sign papers releasing the hospital from liability. My recovery - such as it has been - began only after leaving the hospital. I remain
severely crippled due to the near lethal cocktail of psychotropic drugs (I was being treated for kidney failure caused by contrast dye used
at the hospital that sent me there) and have not long to live.
I have communicated this to the attorney general and governor and do not yet know what they will or not do. I sent a letter to the state
medical board with a large package of documentation describing the actions of the doctor and hospital staff. The doctor sent a vague and
rambling rebuttal and the board dismissed my complaint.
My research shows something over 150 patient deaths in that facility and the doctor was the only doctor and the chief medical officer
whatever that means and is responsible for those deaths. I will be dead soon enough and have no money so don't care if someone wants
to sue me but would prefer not to be prosecuted as I continue to try to expose them. The hospital was being sued by numerous people and
some were for wrongful death but the next of kin of most of those victims have no idea of the actual cause of death.
